Monopoly GO: Tips for Changing Your Dice Design

Scopely has long allowed us to change the appearance of plenty of items in Monopoly Go to make our self-expression a bit easier, offering the chance to choose our board tokens, our shield skins, and even a slew of reactionary emojis to communicate with our friends.

In December 2024, Scopely also added the ability to change our dice skins in Monopoly Go! With a new kind of aesthetic bonus to collect, only time will tell how many new dice skins there will be in Monopoly Go. Changing the appearance of your dice is relatively straightforward once youve got new skins!

Since these are cosmetic changes, your Monopoly Go dice skins are tracked in the My Showroom tab of the hamburger drop-down menu located in the top-right corner of your screen. Its the last option on the right, and on this menu, you can choose any dice skin youve unlocked to equip onto your Monopoly Go dice.

Once youve selected a new dice skin to use in Monopoly Go and equipped it with the button on the bottom of the gallery screen, exiting the menu back out to your game board will swap out the appearance of the two dice on your game board! Youll see this change take effect immediately, and your dice will remain with this appearance until you change it again. You'll also be able to equip new Monopoly Go dice skins right away upon earning them like you can with shield skins and other decorative rewards.

Like the other aesthetic changes in Monopoly Go, new dice skins will become available through the conventional means for cosmetics daily tournaments, banner events, and weekly quick wins.
