U4GM Arc Raiders Reveals Where to Find Toasters

If you're stuck hunting Toasters in Arc Raiders, you're not alone. Plenty of players hit that same ugly wall early on, right when the Workshop starts asking for things you don't seem to have. Toasters matter because they're needed for the level two Refiner upgrade, and that upgrade opens the door to crafting better components. Without it, a lot of your gear plans just sit there, waiting. Among the early ARC Raiders Items that can slow your progress, this little kitchen appliance is one of the most annoying because it looks ordinary, yet it gates a big chunk of progression.

Look Where People Actually Live

The key thing to remember is simple: Toasters belong in Residential loot pools. Don't waste half a raid digging through factories, shipping yards, or machine-heavy zones hoping one pops out of a random crate. That's not where they usually show up. You want homes, apartments, small houses, village kitchens, and any room that looks like somebody might've made breakfast there before everything went sideways. Open cupboards. Check drawers. Look at counters, sure, but don't stop there. A lot of players run into a kitchen, scan the top surfaces, then leave. That's how you miss them. Treat every cabinet like it might be the one.

Ruby Residence Is A Good Starting Run

Ruby Residence in the northwestern part of Dam Battlegrounds is one of the better places to start. It's not glamorous, and that's part of why it works. You've got a small cluster of apartment buildings, enough kitchens to make the run worth it, and usually less chaos than the big-name hotspots. You can move through the rooms pretty quickly once you know the layout. Hit the apartments, sweep the kitchen storage, grab anything useful, then decide whether to extract or push deeper. If you're still learning routes or you're running light gear, this place feels much less punishing than charging straight into a packed landmark.

Bigger Areas Can Pay Off, But They Bite Back

If you're comfortable with more danger, the Village in The Blue Gate can be excellent. There are more houses, which means more chances at kitchen loot. The trade-off is obvious once you get there. ARC pressure can be rough, and other Raiders know the area is worth checking. Don't stroll in with a half-empty bag and no plan. Move house to house, listen before you open up, and don't get greedy after finding one good item. Grandioso Apartments in Buried City is another strong option, especially if you spawn nearby. Just remember, Buried City attracts PvP. Sometimes the hardest part isn't finding the Toaster. It's leaving with it.

Protect The First Three

The moment you find a Toaster, put it in your Safe Pocket. Don't think about it. Don't wait until you've looted the next room. Do it right away. Those first three are too important to risk, and losing one because you got greedy feels awful. Once the Refiner reaches level two, the whole game opens up a bit more, since Advanced Mechanical and Electrical Components become craftable. After that, extra Toasters are less stressful, though they can still be handy for recycling or later requirements. If you're comparing routes, stash value, or ARC Raiders Items for sale while planning your next run, just remember that safe, boring kitchen checks often beat flashy high-risk looting when you only need one more appliance.
