In addition to being a writer, Marlene is a proud grandmother of two and a loving mother to two special needs kids and a daughter. She is married and lives with her cherished dog, Mango. She has a degree in Chinese medicine, several certifications in holistic therapies, and has been a vegetarian for more than 30 years.
