  • Who should not combine Extra Super P Force with certain medications?

Extra Super P Force is a combination medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation. It contains two active ingredients: Sildenafil (which treats ED) and Dapoxetine (which helps with premature ejaculation). However, some individuals should avoid using Extra Super P Force with certain medications due to the risk of harmful interactions.

Those taking nitrate medications, such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, or other nitrates, should not combine them with Extra Super P Force. Nitrates, used for heart conditions, can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure when taken with sildenafil. This can lead to dizziness, fainting, heart attack, or stroke.

Additionally, people using medications for HIV (such as protease inhibitors), certain antifungals (like ketoconazole), or some antibiotics (like erythromycin) should consult a doctor before using Extra Super P Force. These drugs may alter the way the body processes sildenafil and dapoxetine, increasing the risk of side effects.
